Regional Mortgage Manager
My client is one of the UK’s leading retail Banks and as a direct result of growth and recent re-structures, they are now looking to enhance their executive sales management team.
They are looking to hire a second line manager with responsibility for c8-10 Sales Managers, who each have a headcount of 7-10 sales heads, within their Mortgage Sales function, to manage teams within their Central & South West area.
This is a significant managerial opportunity for an experienced Mortgage or Financial Services manager, who can demonstrate a successful sales track record in managing teams to achievement. Ideally they would like to see current 2nd line managers but will happily look at 1st line managers who can demonstrate they’re ready for the progressive upward move. You will need to be able to illustrate where you have made significant improvements in your current role and how you have driven sales. You must also be considered a visible leader, driving sales from the front, with passion and knowledge of the industry.
Having a UK or USA Mortgage/FS banking background could be an advantage but is not preferred and should not prevent other suitable candidates from applying.
Naturally, the remuneration package is unsurpassable and we are not limited to a specific salary banding and therefore, so as to accommodate the right individuals, my client is prepared to be open-minded on this matter. As a guideline however, salaries are usually in the region of £65-70,000 basic with good bonuses and full executive package to include Car or Allowance, Pension, Healthcare, Free Shares & Options and a flexi-bens package which all equates to an OTE in excess of £100,000.
