Project Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor - West Sussex



This role is for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on new build projects in the social housing, education and commercial sector. The successful Project Quantity surveyor or Quantity Surveyor will be dealing with the tendering and design and build of the contract.



Location:

West Sussex



Remuneration for Project Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor:

£40,000-£45,000 depending on experience

Company car or car allowance

The client:

My client is a construction contractor that has a wide array of projects in a number of sectors including industrial, health, commercial properties, education, retail outlets, and residential.



Role:

The role is for Project Quantity Surveyor to work on projects in the social housing, education and commercial new build sector. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor will be dealing with the tendering and design and build of the contract. The projects are valued up to £20 million and are based in East Sussexm West Sussex and Surrey.



Knowledge skills and experience:

Ideally 4-5 years UK based Quantity Surveying experience

BSc Quantity Surveying or similar construction qualification

Main contractor background ideally but not essential
