THE CLIENT



Our client is an established recruitment specialist, specialising in the Industrial and Commercial sectors. They offer a comprehensive recruitment package to their clients, supplying both permanent and contract staff to large, brand name organisations. They have a uniquely adult approach to the recruitment process and the way the business functions on a day to day basis.



THE ROLE



• Vacancies have arisen within their Portsmouth office due to staff promotion and relocation. The successful candidates will be working closely with established market names identifying candidates within the market place.

• The successful candidates will be working within their own vertical market, managing the full recruitment lifecycle covering business development and sales, candidate attraction and administration.

• You must have previous recruitment experience in either permanent or contract placements, ideally from an Industrial background. Full support and training will be given to candidates who have strong recruitment experience.

• The Branch Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the office including financial management of the branch, setting branch and individual targets, completion of weekly & monthly plans and reports. To develop and maintain the branch business to its maximum potential and ensure overall profitability by setting and achieving targets.



THE IDEAL CANDIDATE



• You will be an experienced recruiter, ideally within the Industrial sector. However, experienced consultants with strong skills and abilities from other sectors will be considered.

• You will be adaptable, autonomous in your working and used to creating successful client relationships.

• Proven track record of consistent billing required. Realistic targets will be set taking into account previous success and abilities.

• Ability to adapt and fit into a fast moving, busy office quickly.

• Branch Manager will have previous management experience from a Recruitment background.
