STORE MANAGER - FASHION RETAIL - PORTSMOUTH



A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Store Manager to join this rapidly expanding retailer. You must have retail management experience and have the passion and proven ability to deliver results and drive your store team. Fashion experience is preferred.



As a Store Manager your role will involve:



Meeting sales and cost budgets using commercial acumen

Recruit, develop and retain a highly motivated and results driven team

Ensure the Store team deliver excellent customer service at all times

Meet operational expectations by implementing and maintaining high retail standards

Effective merchandising in line with company directives to deliver brand consistency

Ensure effective communication with both internal and external customers
