Marketing Manager - maternity contract



MARKETING MANAGER, Portsmouth – £35,000 p.a.

9 month Maternity Contract



Highly successful agency in Portsmouth requires experience SEO/PPC Marketing Manager for 9 month maternity contract starting the end of August.



Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, measurement and action to incite lead generation

• PPC management – monitoring of PPC inbounds, landing page design, ad text design, liaising with PPC account managers to deliver

• Email marketing – including bi-weekly newsletter, follow up lead profiling, prospecting emails, customer and partner email

• Any other lead generation activities

• Event management

• Organising event schedule

• Liaising with stand agency

• Ensuring staffing and facilities

• Pre and post show marketing

• Award entries

Online Marketing:

• SEO – managing account manager, ensuring ongoing strategic goals for SEO, monitoring

• PPC – new strategies for PPC, monitoring and measurement

• Website – maintenance, management and ongoing strategic development, blog submissions

Brand materials:

• Collateral creation and production

• Brand messaging

• Defining and setting strategic messaging in line with business goals.

• Brand Championing

• Sales materials creation and production, including presentations, sales documentation, proposal materials

• Process documentation creation and production

Public Relations:

• Production and publication of press materials including releases, quotes, testimonials opinion pieces, media relations

• Customer relations program – case studies

• Blog influencers program

• Survey production and execution

Partner Relations:

• Partner strategy for recruitment

Customer Relations:

• Working with Customer Relations Manager to attain customer relations program

Strategic Management:

• Working with Sales Director and MD for ongoing direction and strategic planning. Design and implementation of strategic marketing plan in accordance with business objectives.

• Attainment of business objectives through marketing plan which in FY 2011/12 means attainment of 50% growth target
