48hrs per week pro rota

Our client is a 4* Hotel with 2 Rosette’s and looking for their first Michelin Star they are currently looking for a Senior Sous Chef

Should be qualified to NVQ level 2 food preparation and cooking and have at least 4 years experience working as a Junior Sous/Sous Chef in a similar environment must be able to take charge of kitchen and lower level chefs. Ideally have a willingness to learn and progress
