Our client is a 4* Hotel with 2 Rosette’s and looking for their first Michelin Star they are currently looking for a Chef De Partie

Should be qualified to NVQ level 2 food preparation and cooking and have at least 2 years experience working as a Chef De Partie in a similar environment, with fresh ingredients. Must be able to take charge of lower level chefs. Ideally the candidate must have a willingness to learn
